Jeff the Killer (The Creepypasta Collection) vs Jeff the Killer (Insanity)

Rules

  • Both are unarmed (so range is equaled out).
  • Both start on opposite sides of Wayne Manor at night.
  • TCC knows about Insanity's skill in hand to hand (so Insanity doesn't just out skill, though perhaps TCC's LS would counter that?)
TCC scales above breaking a door dow (The exact way is unknown, but it is likely one, or multiple of these) vs Inanity which scales to breaking bones (ex. in the wrist or the arm)

But Jeff from TCC is better at stealth, could detect Insanity in stealth, abuses his superior LS in fights (so Insanity will be shoved to the floor while TCC slices off his fingers or stabs him in the heart), and Insanity's Regen takes hours at best.
 
Being more flexible due to Body Control really helps Creepypasta Jeff with being more agile, so I'd give it to him for that reason.
