What is the code to get tabbers working?

We don't use the |-| for the first tab; but we do for every other of the same set the. But yes, the </tabber> at the end is very important.

do you do the </tabber> at the end of each tab or at the end of the whole page (Or chunk(s) you want tabbed)
Edit: nvm i figured out that problem

Question 2:
My tabbers don't appear to be doing what they should be though. The tab does appear but its not doing what this users's blog is doing...
