Surtur would win because he's unable to die until he's destroyed Asgard... Just kidding, Surtur has slightly higher AP/Durability but not really enough to make a vast difference, Alexandrite, however, is immensely stronger allowing her to manhandle him with no problems, she also has more weapons which in turn gives her more options of fighting, she should also be presumably smarter than Surtur (Though his exact intelligence is unknown) and has virtually limitless stamina. So I think I'll vote Alexandrite on this one
