So Valkyrie is High 8-C by being able to generate this much energy

However troops like P.E.K.K.A., Barbarian King, and Drago can survive her blows wouldn't this mean that they should have High 8-C durability not to mention their DPS is higher than that of a Valkyrie so they should have High 8-C AP as well.

I asked the supporters of Clash of Clans

Then i looked at the Knowledgeable Members List there was only one on Clash of Clans:

Valkyire is scaled from the Coc commerical which would obviously had higher feats since Pekka can mostly One shot her then Pekka would be At Least High 8-C and King at max level High8-C
