CJ continues his war on GTA protagonists (CJ vs Michael) (ONE MORE)

Cj via batter close combat skill and already beating Trevor and Franklin... He's pretty much done some of the stuff Michael has done and more.

See I think the main difference between Franklin and Trevor is that Michael's ability is way better for combat he can just bullet time headshot, Counted

CJ should be better in martial arts, he could quickly master Muay Thai Boxing and Tae Kwon Do. He's also a lot more durable and can take a lot more punishment, as he could tank RPGS point blank several times, especially if he has armor here. Michael's bullet time would give him an advantage, but all CJ has to do is resort to a stealth approach. He's better than anyone in GTA in stealth, if not all of Rockstar games. He literally snuck through Area 69 (
Gta's area 51) by himself.

I vote CJ

CJ beats Michael in H2H, he's stronger and more skilled. In a gun fight tho Michael has the advantage due to his bullet time, but CJ knows how to take cover and is pretty great at stealth, he's also has better weapons too, not to mention the fact that CJ seems more durable than Michael.

So for me CJ takes this.

Micheal can do that.
But CJ has more going for his potential win conditions often than not.

I wouldn't even say the advantage in plain old non bullet timed firefighting on Michaels end should be that notable given CJs First Jetpack mission with The Truth where he invaded the FBI and the later Toreno missions where he also had multiple firefights with FBI agents. Hell even in the penultimate Grove Street mission he was taking down swat agents and shooting down a helicopter.
