Working for The Entity meant that every once in a while, an unwanted visitor would invade somewhere. Keep in mind that if a creature was able to sneak past The Entity, they would surely be exceptionally powerful or cunning. An incident happened one day in which The Nurse disappeared. Unwilling to let her best killer perish, The Entity sent The Wraith to investigate. It was quite an odd case Philip thought as Sally would always traverse through the Spirit World when caught. Whatever the creature that caught her was, there was a possibility that it can catch him too.
His thoughts were stopped when he noticed the glowing black creature walking past the bloody ground. A single bonesaw was stuck on its back, indicating that this creature was indeed responsible for The Nurse's disappearance. The choker looked around itself, hearing nothing more but a faint bell ringing in the distance
