Chie's AP should be far higher than Asta's, since Inaba is a lot bigger than the crater the latter is scaled to. Although since there isn't a calc for it, I can't say she'd overwhelm him. Asta's Mind and Memory manip is useless, since Chie's resistance is leagues above it's capacity.
Both have attack reflection and are mainly physical fighters, so this basically turns into a slugfest. One that I'm fairly sure Chie would win, mid-diff.
