Keep Itemes, and I guess merge inanimate objects into items?

Well the two categories currently overlap, so I think that we need to merge one of them into the other.

I personally don't have a preference. Perfectly fine with either.

However, I think "Items" is a bit more intuitive of a name than "Inanimate Objects"; by that, I mean people are probably more likely to look for a category called "Items" when looking for objects than "Inanimate Objects", which should make profiles in that category easier to find.

It's a subtle enough difference, though, that there isn't much grounding for a preference one way or the other.

My stance doesn't change, I am still neutral. Though, I do agree that the category "Items" seem easier to find. That's just my personal take on it though.

Yes, “Items” is a much better name for the category than “Inanimate Objects”.

Inanimate Objects may be more professional, but it's also terribly boring and somewhat stuck-up-our-own-ass. Items is shorter, simpler and accomplishes the same thing.
