Can Supernatural Luck counter Passive Hax?

Depends on how long it takes the supernatural luck to create effects. By default, I personally wouldn't assume that it can. But idk how the wiki as a whole treats it, we seem to often let supernatural luck work against MFTL opponents without demonstrating that it can work on those timescales, so idk where most people actually place the cap for that sorta thing.
