Can Sans Possibly Manipulate Space-Time To An Extent?

I know, it sounds like a joke, but hear me out. I believe that Sans, might be able to compress or extend space-time to some degree, or has limited/restricted access to space-time abilities.

Sans often takes many shortcuts, and can go pretty much anywhere in the underground. However, if he can "teleport," how come he can't just teleport outside the underground or just teleport you away from him? And why does he have to seemingly walk in order to activate the shortcut instead of just teleporting on screen?

I hypothesize that Sans can compress and extend space-time, and this means that he can make longer distances seem "shorter," and shorter distances seem longer." I am going to take the Minecraft Netherworld for example here. As you know 1 step in the Nether equals around 8 steps in the Overworld (I might be wrong about this). I know this is hypothetical, but maybe this is what Sans is doing here, if he is in fact compressing Space-Time, then he can essentially move large distances with just a step. In order to do this, Sans would have to be doing immense quantum mechanical math equations in his head relatively easily and without messing up at that. Sans has been shown to have knowledge on quantum physics, starting with the book in his house, and in the fight with Chara/Frisk, further proving this "theory." This would explain why he cannot teleport outside the underground and why he walks off screen every time he takes a shortcut, because he is not actually teleporting, he is just messing with Space-time.

This would also explain:

A) Why he can dodge your attacks, since he can extend and compress space-time if this theory is true, it would make any attack thrown at him to appear in slow motion making your attacks easier to dodge

B) Why the screen seems to cut, when he attacks once you get to past the half-way checkpoint, by compressing space-time he can seemingly make his attacks come out instantly

C) Why the battle box gets longer during Sans' last attack, because he is extending space-time making Judgement Hall/The Last Corridor seem a whole lot longer than it actually is.

D) Why he gets tired easily, because he is pretty much extending and compressing space-time just to dodge the attacks thrown at him.

E) Why during Sans' final attack you cannot go left to reach the fight option, assuming that this hypothesis is correct, by compressing space-time to extent Sans' can make it so that one step forward, can actually be two steps back, giving the illusion that you have just been teleported.

F) Why Sans seems to stop-time when he talks to you about Flowey at Grillby's. Of course he cannot actually stop time, but he might be able to slow it down. This could just be for dramatic effect however, so I wouldn't take this specific example so easily.

I know this is all speculation and whole lot of theorizing even with the evidence and explanations, but I still think that it might be good to at least talk about the validity of it.

Now, I am new to this forum posting, so I don't really know if I put this in the right place or not.

This makes sense to me, but you should get the opinions of the staff who support Undertale.

You can find them on this page.

Neutral a possible agree, but i don't think it going to be accepted, since of Undertale god tiers revision and other stuff

This is atrociously wrong and driven from basic wrong logic being allowed to be used to construct it.
