I was waiting ages for Neo Dio to be added so I could have him Face Baoh but he ended up being tiered much higher than anticipated so the next best thing would be to face Phantom Blood Dio but the stat difference is extremely high but Dio still has High-Mid regen and dura neg
So I was wondering if the matchup was doable, as in theory since Neo Dio’s primary attack is with his Liquid Metal blades Dio could survive being bisected and counter by freezing him before Neo-Dio uses his energy attacks which would one shot through his regen?
