Can character X having higher resistance to regeneration negation be affected by regeneration negation?

If a character has Mid regeneration and can resist high mid regeneration negation and has layered resistance to regeneration negation would this character be able to resist mid regeneration negation that has resistance negation.

No, resistance negation mean you nullify resistance completely, it is power nullification but aim resistance instead of power and abilities. Or you can also say, it is a durability negation but in hax resistance department.
Being higher in layers doesn't mean you resist getting your resistance being negated/nulled
