Buzzwole vs Pheromosa- The Ultimate Battle of the Ultra Beast

Quiver Dance and Agility: moves that are gonna allow her to outspeed him once she gets off at least 2
Bounce: a 4x Supereffective move that is gonna absolutely gonna destroy Buzzwhole
Stomp: a move that could cause Buzzwhole to flinch and not be able to do anything after that
Leer: a move that can counter Buzzwhole if he uses Harden to decrease his defense
well Buzzwhole is gonna be increasing his power a lot during the match with moves like Power-Up Punch and Bulk Up, Pheromosa just has more options to dodge and hit Buzzwhole back way harder then he could hit her

buzzwole is arguably more experienced as they always try to find someone to fight and seem to be efficient at it. Buzzwole is slower than Pheromosa but it doesn't mean that he can't evade a move like bounce which he already knows as he knows it. Buzzwole goes in aggressive from the beginning at least based on his actions in the anime and will be able to use energy draining attacks.
I am currently voting buzzwole as he only needs to restrict Pheromosa's movement once and suck out her insides dry, not to mention the spatial manip punches.
Why doesn't pheromosa buff speed and blitz? She doesn't really lead with that and Buzzwole doesn't lead with stat boosts, he leads with direct attacks as he did in his fight with bewear and pikachu.
