Say that a character ran so fast that they somehow tore a hole in the spacetime continuum. How fast would one have to be to do this? Would it be Immeasurable or Infinite?

Usually the series would explain what speed mark they hit or broke (for example, the speed of light) to achieve such an effect.
If it isn't, yeah, you can't really quantify speed from that feat tbh. It would be marked as "Unknown (Can move fast enough to break spacetime)" until the series itself elaborates.
