Boy Blue (Fables) Upgrade

I would like to propose that Boy Blue be power scaled to Bigby Wolf in terms of attack potency.

This proposal is supported by the fact that both Boy Blue and Bigby Wolf has fought the Emperor at separate times. The only difference is that Blue manage to behead the emperor in one swoop Boy Blue manage to behead the emperor in one swoop , while Bigby Wolf took quite a beating at first to destroy the Emperor . With that in mind, it wouldn't make any sense that Boy Blue is Building level while Bigby Wolf is Town level.

So I suggest that Boy Blue be also ranked as Town level in attack potency.
