urizen resist a lot of what he has and has yamato and uses portal spam so if he sees that he can't download it for low godly he sends it to the demon world and urizen's ap gives disintegration to bill just by breathing.

While I do agree that he will come to realize it sooner or later I don't really think he could do it on time.
