Bill because he burned all his 2-dimension. He "blames the fire" for it, implying that either it was an over time, side effect of his powers thing, that he just feels for it, or both, but that should still made him pretty high into 11-A. Looking at Kirby's profile he can only kill Bill with some things he has, but not all of them like Bill.

Bill can't use transmutation, so that's a rather big thing that won't work here. Plus Kirby has a clearly "go for the kill" mindset in his stories, so.

@Saik He doesn't have that in this key, and the scale he has with it would likely made it work anyway. Idk this Kirby but I could have voted too early, can you link his stories?
