this isn't really a downgrade but shouldn't saitama have his regular feats be tiered and it could say potentially 5b because the webcomic reasoning is WAY WAY too vague and murata was basically saying what happened with rick so yeah

Saitama is 5-B for the same reason Cell is 4-B.

I am fairly sure that Saitama has been confirmed just as much as Cell, both in the show via statements, and in the guides.
