What are in your opinion the best videogame soundtracks

For me it would be:
Undertale
Minecraft
Metal Gear Rising
 
Obligatory Undertale and Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Choices aside, I really like the Pokemon Soundtracks, Gens 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 in particular had some bangers. Ultra Necrozma and Deoxys' Themes speek for themselves. Halo has a really good list of OSTs too.

Touhou, but particularly Imperishable Night and Wily Beast and Weakest Creature. And if we're including the ungodly number of fanmade covers over the years, there are almost too many options to choose from.
Yakuza/Judgement are both really good as well.
Metal Gear Rising is a pretty obvious choice.
Hollow Knight's OST has the honor of having the first video game song to make me genuinely cry, so I'm legally obligated to include it.

Aside from those I don't have any particular preferences.
 
Agreed with most of ya'll, Persona, Kirby (especially the latest game), but also, Marvel v Capcom 2.

Dead Rising - Scrape (DR2), Eon (DR2), I Believe You (DR2) and Own Little World (DR2)

Devil May Cry - Devils Never Cry (DMC 3), Devil Trigger (DMC5), Bury The Light (DMC 5) and Shall Never Surrender (DMC4)

Killer Instinct - I'm Back (To Rise), Touch Me and I'll Break Your Face, Polemos and The Instinct

Fallout - I Don't Want To Set The World On Fire (FO3), Easy Living (FO3), Happy Times (FO3), Into Each Life Some Rain Must Fall (FO3), Maybe (FO3), Crazy He Calls Me (FO3), Love Me As There Were No Tomorrow (FNV) and It's A Sin To Tell A Lie (FNV)

I'll probably post some other stuff i like later but here's some of my favorites.
