Supernatural Luck via Godhand's Influence/Idea of Evil's in his Griffith key. Reason being due to the his possession/blessing from the Egg of the King. Also known as the Crimson Behelit.

He's escaped death from Zodd as a result of this― (which Zodd was in Tier 8 while Griffith was in Tier 9), because he was destined to become a God Hand member, and has avoided death as a result.

Griffith has also survived being enslaved and tortured for several manga chapters while still in possession of the Behelit― stripped down to nothing but ragged bandages and a helmet.

Overall changes would be Supernatural Luck for Griffith and Femto. (Either that or Fate Manipulation via Idea of Evil, because Idea of Evil can manipulate fate, which is a constant theme with Griffith― and is the source of the God Hand's Power― including members like Sla.

The word "Fate" itself is tossed around in this series like when Oprah gives free stuff in her shows.

Here's another issue. Griffith's Profile Note:

Griffith's causality manipulation seems to function as an offshoot of his fate manipulation, or possibly vice versa, and is used for subtly control the world of Berserk by influencing the subconsciousness of humanity and causing many minor but cumulative events eventually leading to a desired outcome. It is likely inapplicable for spontaneous one on one combat."

Griffith is mentioned to possess Fate Manipulation in his Profile note.

Why doesn't he have it if it's mentioned?

Also,

Why doesn't Griffith have Type 5 Acausality?

He's nearly impossible to interact with outside of Interstices, and can affect people from the Astral Realm due to his Multi-Dimensional Range.

Type 5 Acausality would compliment his Multi-dimensional range.

This change would also be applied to Slan as well.
