11D is not even worth comparing to baseline 1A, let alone 1A+ where Battler's stuffs are at. By the looks of it, there's nothing or anyone in all of Doctor Who that could even till the fight even a bit in the Doctor's favor.

Yes, he isn't 11D... he's much much higher. Considering that no key is specified here, the highest one is used, so CoB Battler who is extremely high dimensionally, potentially really close to infinite D.
