Battle of the "She Hyphen" Characters

Anyone know about She-Ra's mind manipulation? And if her matter manipulation is limited to sword transforming?
 
It is an interesting matchup, and I vote to She-Hulk currently.

Reason: While the two combatants are nearly equalized in power, She-Hulk has Reg, Enhanced Sense, H2H to counter She-Ra.

The reason why I said "currently" is because I feel that She-Ra's profile should be CRTed. Death Battle has claimed that She-Ra has power of:
  • Grants powers
    • Super Strength
    • Healing Magic
    • Animal Empathy
    • Super breath
    • Telepathy
  • Energy absorption
  • Energy beams
  • Counters mind control
  • Transforms into objects
