Both are trying to seduce a woman here

Both have 10 mins of prep and prior knowledge of who they are trying to seduce

They are not allowed to kill eachother while doing this

Oh this right here is borderline close. The only reason Barney Stinson's Social Influencing isn't Empathy Manipulation is purely on the fact nothing has ever been said to be supernatural about it. But the mans skill is borderline EM. I mean look at this. He pulls this kind of stuff off with women purely through charm and convincing. He has cheated women so many times and manipulated them so easily. His bang count compared to Austin makes Austin look like a joke. Over 200 women earlier in the show (Season 3). And he continued to get with more and more as the show went on. He has tricked women he doesn't know with ease. Women who are dating other men as well. (Iirc, he has gotten married women before). And then the prep and plans this man makes. It's insane what he does. Which he can utilize all his plans due to having the playbook which he has memorized. So having Prep and knowing the women he is working with. That is a cake walk of Cake Walks. He thinks of the best play in the 10 minutes and uses what he needs. Not to mention he is quite entertaining. He is skilled in many areas like magic and carries it with him on the spot all the time. And if all else fails. The man has Money. Iirc, it was estimated the man spent over 50,000 dollars in suits alone every year. The guy is Rich. Another thing to swat women.

So while in a normal situation, Barney would have no trouble out doing Austin. Austin's good. But Barney has the experience, skills intelligence, and Advantages over Austin. The only thing that keeps Austin in the game is his seduction stare. Which seems supernatural. But if that's all he has. Barney I think takes it more times. Simply through distraction From Austin. If the girl ain't looking at Austin, the stare isn't working. And Barney has so much over Austin. The stare is only thread he is hanging on. And while he may not kill Austin. He might use his prep time to screw up Austin rather than prep for the women. His play boom does the preping for him. It starts, Barney tosses his dehydrated birds onto Austin and goes for the women. If he uses his environment. He has gotten people on his side to help him out before. Entire strangers. like in this instance. He gets the entire bar to convince a women to give him her number. Plus his manipulation skills is extremely impressive. He has tricked his friends into being pawns in his schemes. Even letting them think they have won, just to pull it from right under them. like I'm this instance. The man knows what he is doing. He didn't even have prep when getting the bars help. So with prep, he probably could sway the place to help him out. District Austin, or just sway the girl his way. The mans far more gifted in terms of manipulation, social influencing, and hitting on women than Austin.


Gonna say Barney handles the seduction stare and gets the women a lot more times
