Cell has the AP advantage by like 1.2x, but is way way stronger due to scaling far above his value. But, that other guy is really haxxed, durability negation via hitting on the sub atomic level ***** on cell's regeneration, I don't really know much about this guy so I'll leave it to someone else.

Do we know what Perfect Cell’s AP is? It’s not justified with any calcs or scaling (to actual Large Star+ levels), and it’s not listed in the explanation blog.

I believe it comes from a multiplier but I'm not sure whose.

Cell's AP is about 900 tenatons. That guy has 0.81 foe I think, but I don't what that means.

Okhwang is 371 Tenatons x 52.

If it's more fair, I can use Okhwang's 4-C key since the AP difference is about 3x if I use that key.
