DBS 3-Bs are downscaling from a 3-A feat happening overtime, and since the timeframe is unknown, and neither are the multipliers, they can't be bumped to 3-A without extra feats as of now

Upscaling means nothing without how much they up scale by. Goku here is Solar System in Base. With Rosé he becomes multi galaxy. Baby is already multi galaxy prior to any transformation as well. So you need to prove why him going Rosé makes him greater than Baby's growth in power as well. Yeah they up scale from a higher feat. Doesn't mean they upscale massively or tonally point greater than Baby's Maximum power without any proof he does. You're just speculating he does.
