Attack speed and Infinite sized Universes.

If a character is capable of engulfing an infinite universe in an AOE type attack and its stated to "cover the entire universe" (said universe is consistently stated in many different ways to be infinite.) Would this mean the said character also has an attack with infinite speed as it is covering an infinite distance in finite time?

Nah, that's just AP.

Kinda like how not all tier 2 characters have immeasurable attack speed because they can destroy a universe's space-time continuum.
