Lightsabers have been shown to be able to injure beings with this level of durability. Different lightsabers shouldn't differ in terms of cutting/piercing ability and due to the nature of lightsabers, they shouldn't be any stronger or weaker depending on the user.

They are generally portrayed to be weightless, and their power comes from the cutting power of the blade, Dooku even uses a fencing style.

Furthermore, Anakin, a 5B character cut off Windu, a 4B character's hand. Grievous was seen as a threat to 4B god tiers in a fight. Anybody can be fatally stabbed by a lightsaber.
