Asta vs. Luffy: Future Magic Emperor vs. Future King of Pirates

Luffy is also able to instinctively dodge attacks by shutting off his brain. Problem is, Luffy might get any of his limbs chopped off if he attempts to stretch them, which is his BNB. Luffy is stronger, but it's not anywhere in One-Shot territory.
 
It wouldn't be the first time that Luffy faced off against someone with precog since he fought and beat Enel, so Luffy shouldn't have to worry about it too much. Most of Asta's good hax won't affect Luffy in anyway since Luffy doesn't have magic, so Asta is gonna have to beat him up with his swords and fists. Asta has the mobility and ap advantage, so he has that going for him, and he has a blade which can cut Luffy. Not voting at the moment, just stating what I remember.
 
This match is interesting. Except for flight, Asta's hax are useless and I don't see any good hax for Luffy except his resistance to Demon Slayer Sword's blunt force but is weak against swords so I think it'll be an AP battle. Base Asta scales to 94 Kilotons but Black Asta is higher to an unknown extent.


Also where the battle takes place?
 
I think it'll end up being inconclusive, they don't really have a way to defeat the other except for raw power and even if Asta returns in base form that won't really change anything.

However, since it takes place in Central Park, if Asta is somehow able to throw Luffy in the water then it's gg.

Also do Ichigo has reiatsu crush in his first key ?
