Skill is kinda irrelevant in a hax fight. Rick usually doesn't default to CQC anyways.

That said, I know nothing about Kaguya. Waiting for knowledgeable members.
 
rick. He can send kaguya to another universe. Even if he dies he can just prep himself and comeback to destroy kaguya
 
Think Kaguya takes this, I'm not very knowledgeable about either character but I think that since Kaguya is a more hands on fighter since she doesn't really rely on equipment and prep like rick does which will probably give her the edge. Could be wrong tho, this is like my second time in a versus thread. :/

This is a pretty tough fight as while Kaguya can mindhax him and incapacitate, Rick has superior AP and immortality. Idk I think inconclusive since to much brainy think work
 
He is a regular human, so her most likely reaction would be to just put him and the planet under IT to beef herself up.

She did it once because she was going to be killed by the humans, after it, I only remember Kaguya using mindhax against Hamura, Mindhax def isnt in character to Kaguya.

Rick is way more inteligent than Kaguya, if he get killed once, which is what most likely will happen, he will have strategies to use against her

...What? Did I miss some random Boruto retcon again? When the hell was a human even close to killing her? They didn't even know how to knead chakra at the time.

She used IT to drain humanity of chakra to grow stronger in the prospect of her clan coming in and ******* her up. She's a meeting between Turles and Raditz in that.

She has little reason not to just put the planet under a genjutsu and drain it, and with SBA the moon is out.
