His range should be infinite with Venuzdonoa i think. It's mentioned that numbers and distance are useless to the sword, hence why it could enter an isolated dimension:

The sword destroys all principles, so anything that can be reasoned is destroyed by it, so numbers and distance don't apply to it, hence Universal range.

I just thought of it as hax, but now we know the sword doesn't follow reason nor anything number related, anything that can be reasoned returns to nothing before it, and it's useless to think about what it can or can't do.

Says here that you could be High 3-A if you display things like an infinite amount of energy or destroy an infinite area on a 3-D scale. Maybe that could grat it such on top of having it High Universal range.

Aside that, I agree as well as the 7-B base tier.

If it can destroy anything in creation even if it's infinite i would think it applies.

Venuzdonoa is such an absurd sword, it really seems like a deus ex machina in story, once it's out it's gg for the enemy, doesn't matter if you try stopping or reversing time or if you hide in another dimension, you die cause it doesn't follow reason, it's illogical.

Wonder if anyone will ever stop this absurd sword.

Granted it's a Subsonic 7-B with a High 3-A weapon but yeah, it's still there.
