Are hypothetical Real World Profiles allowed?

As far as I know, hypothetical real world-inspired profiles are not allowed. For example, Composite Human was removed some time ago.

But wasn't composite human a fan creation?, so wouldn't hypothetical creations from companies be allowed, since they are somewhat official?

In short, graham has his own website, which could warrant him a profile, While fan creations dont really have "offical" media to go off of...you know what I mean?

(Also just to settle possible confusion, graham is not a real person, he is a sculpture that is a hypothetical scenario if humans evolved to survive car crashes.)

...I would not consider boredpanda.com, which is a magazine site, to be an "official media" for characters, nor would I consider that valid qualification to have a profile on this wiki.

Real World profiles are already highly controversial as it is due to them not actually being fictional. The safest route would be to create a page for Graham on FCOC.
