After taking down Osmosis Jones, our polymorphonuclear friend takes on another fictionalized version of himself. U-1146 is patrolling the bloodstream like normal until he sees a scurrying blob crawling through the cracks of a nearby 'building,' clearly transmigrating. Confronting the blob, the sentient microbe pulls out his knife and readies for battle.
That's right. In the white corner, we have the Neutrophil from the Real World, and in the also-white-but-slightly-bluer-corner lies White Blood Cell U-1146 from Cells at Work.
Neutrophil (real life): 4
White Blood Cell (Cells at Work!): 2
TLDR - The fight is to the death, and takes place in the human body. Neither of them has prep time, and their speeds are not equalized.
