Are you serious? Resisting your own power doesn't make you resistant to it. Literally everyone in fiction can do it except a few who can't control their power

The power null is from a machine, not herself. It's not her power, it's a completely different machine that produces the waves. So it's "not her own power", the machine does not care who's affected by the waves and she still resisted.

It's explicitly said in the story that she's affected by the waves but is able to resist/have countermeasures so she isn't affected. There's no evidence nor statements that said she made herself immune

Edit: since Android 21 (good) at the time was still apart of her when she created the machine, she could only do so much before good 21 fights back

I mean. It does say resistance to power null. Not immunity to power null (although with power null it's basically synonymous)

If I'm right her waves are what gives her Power Null, so if she's been modified to resist them then I'm okay with resistence to power null. The thing for me is that it's more of a resistence to her waves then actual power null. I think more imput is needed here.

They did affect her, but she was able to resist it. Note that she didn't do anything to the actual machine and more changed herself (from what's implied).
