Most of his AP and skill feats are right there on his profile.

Despite his size MX doesn't one shot Shrek, and he's fought larger beings on the league of dragon's size before. Shrek should win more likely.

MX theoretically has reality warping capabilities around the cartridge, but for some reason he restricts these abilities for looks and removing weaknesses of himself. He still has a chance of winning due to his longer physical range. It's just that he's not as skilled as Shrek.

I'll wait for input for any counter arguments first before votes unless this is settled.

Shrek should win via LS and skills. Shrek is a better fighter than MX and due to the huge superiority in LS, he could easily overpower him.

MX's only advantage is his superiority in AP and Durability, but since he can't one-shot Shrek and he's not a competent fighter either, I don't think that will be of much use to him.
