all might doesnt grapple opponents, ls is uselses
While he's not a grappler at heart, All Might does grapple sometimes, like when he suplexed and swung around USJ Nomu or when used his strength against Deku and Bakugo where he gripped Deku by the wrist and swung him like a weapon as well as attempted to grab/restrain Bakugo several times throughout the fight. He's also locked arms with All For One

Nam-Ek already lost against Shigaraki let the man rest
but in all seriousness all might should win this. Nam-Ek‘s advantages are his AP and his reaction speed (as it is slightly higher than his combat speed). However he has never shown much proficiency outside of his basic combat abilities and even with his experience he mostly sticks to basic attacks where he beats people into the floor. All Might has superior LS (class T vs Class G) and has beaten people like All for One, who has hundreds of years worth of experience on him. It should also be noted that All Might takes his attacks with no issue, and his durability is like higher than his AP (shown in the All For One battle at Kamino, where he takes the force he generates from his own attack + around 80% returned to him by impact recoil).

all Might is also generally more skilled, with a wider variety of attacks to pick from. Unlike Nam-Ek he’ll be ready to grab and throw when he needs to. Shown against the USJ Nomu, All Might is always willing to branch out from his normal CQC style.

Even then, All Might has shown the use of ranged attacks before when he was outmatched or to keep his enemy battered (all for one had slight ranged attacks before going in for a punch, and in the final exam used multiple to keep Deku and Bakugou on their toes and unable to relax)

Given this, it’s fair to say All Might beats Nam-ek in a hard fought battle.

Even though he never fought him in his prime key, technically All Might has faced opponents similar to Nam-Ek such as the USJ Nomu for example. So All Might FRA
