Alexander Anderson vs. Kirei Kotomine

Alexander wins.

Alex outclasses Kotomine in practically every stat and has Regenerationn (which Kirei can't negate since it's probably not black magic) as well as teleportation and barrier creation. I don't think Kirei can really put a dent in him despite the speed advantage he'd gain from Mantra uses.

Well, Black Keys are quite powerful anti-Regenerationn hex weapon that can damage even True Ancestors (a little though) but the main problem is that... Unlike Alex and Ciel... Kirei can't throw them with bullet like speed "en masse". Add here that Kirei is not as strong, not as durable and probably not as experienced... It's win for Alexander.
Ciel probably would win just with her Black Keys though.
