I'd say inconclusive because Alduin is abstract and has low Godly regen (the revision is under way).

I think Alduin's soul manipulation would be able to damage Solaris' "consciousness." Also, Alduin's resurrection and possible low-godly regen mean that he would have an easier time putting down Solaris for good than the other way around. I'm going with him.
