Aizawa should have a second Key and a speak upgrade

So we know the heroes have a time skip which skipped down to the hospital raid.
During that arc Aizawa has feats of keeping up with the high end Nomus and was even shown reacting and dodging attacks from one.

This is also consistent with Tomura trying to kill him and he reacts and pulls out a big ass knife to try to stab him with it(lol), the point being he was reacting to him.
The same shigaraki shown moving faster than grand torino at the moment.

So second key after time skip and high hypersonic+ speed.

Aizawa has no reason to receive a second key. He isn't a hero student who is constantly training and getting stronger, we need proof that his speed/strength increase.

If he gets upgraded, he should be scaling in general since his speed has no reason to be massively higher or be stronger than before. He hasn't been shown to or even implied to be training, in fact he's been spending most of his time teaching either Class 1-A, Shinso, and lately Eri as well.

The High-Ends had their Quirks erased and it is heavily implied they weren't moving at a constant speed. Since the heroes were shocked to see Woman move so fast when she ran away from Aizawa's line of sight, even though he was erasing her Quirks. Which means none of the High-Ends were moving at their top speed.

Woman runs, X-Less Says "It's running! Even just its body alone is capable of insane speed!"

With Shigaraki's feat, there are a few other people who reacted to him, heroes like Rock Lock and Manual were shown to react to Shigaraki's jump. Rock Lock actually stood in front of Aizawa after seeing Shigaraki coming towards them, though he either missed or Shigaraki went passed him.

I'm not certain how okay Rock Lock and Manual scaling to Shigaraki would seem, also Ryukyu was able to stop him mid jump. I feel like too many lower tier characters would be scaling for this to be legit, it's possible that Shigaraki had slowed down due to air resistance.

Regardless of if it is agreed to scale him to it or not, a second key is a no go.

Edit: Also Aizawa, Rock Lock, and Manual were unable to dodge a bullet Shigaraki threw with his fingers. Even though they had a warning in advance, they tried but fail to move Aizawa far enough away. Though Aizawa knew he couldn't dodge it, he was preparing to cut off his leg for when he gets hit.

Extra Edit: Horikoshi actually says what Aizawa does on his days off "Q4: What does Aizawa do on his days off? Horikoshi: He thinks about his class curriculum during his days off. He sometimes likes to follow stray cats." So yeah, Aizawa is fully focused on teaching and has nothing to suggest he's been getting stronger/faster.
