No, that is from Cosmo and Wanda who are 3-A so they are removed from the fight, otherwise Timmy has no magic here
 
He also has Mid-High regeneration from being reduced to dust and he could outrange Krabs in physical terms due to his small size. Plus, he could make a large explosion of sheer anger which extended across his house and have his body remain intact.

Would the large explosion work due to Mid-High regen??? Plus the fact Mid-High would not be enough to be turned into a krabby patty
 
Okay now, the transmutation feat for Krabs is that he turned a krabby patty into pizza and he had to wave his hand across it so due to his small size it would have to be a physical fight
