Addition of Mobius' Chair?

In Flashpoint, the Mobius Chair is, for quite a while, Batman's most interesting technology attained.

I believe that the Mobius Chair should be added, and it would give him this tier and power:

Tier: At least 5-B (The Chair has a Tractor Beam that can pull an entire planet)

Powers and Abilities: Dimensional Travel, Teleportation, Nigh Omniscience, Resistance to Extreme Cold, Cosmic Radiation and Lack of Oxygen, Force Field Creation, Hologram Creation and Tractor Beam

Intelligence: Nigh Omniscient (Grants knowledge of all New Gods, maps and history of all locations visited by Metron. Batman realises that the chair can sucessfully tell him the name of his parents' killer)

What are your thoughts?
