About Ohma Zi-O's High Godly regen

So, Ohma Zi-O's profile shows him having High Godly regen. https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Kamen_Rider_Oma_Zi-O. It says he returned after having his timeline erased.
Thing is, didn't other 5 riders restore him?

Ohma Zi-O was briefly restored to existence by the combined powers of a group of five Riders who belong to both the Showa and Heisei Eras. Together with his younger self's Ohma Form, the two managed to make extremely short work of Another Ohma Zi-O.
I'm not super sure about this one, but it seems pretty sus to me. Should Ohma really have that regen?

I'm not sure what that mean because literally all these five Riders did were giving Sougo's group Reiwa power to stand up, then Ohma Zi-O just come back after that. He even claim that Heisei Era cannot be erased that easily which were also brought back along with his existance.

Just so someone doesn't get confused, Another Ohma Zi-O goal was to erase entire Heisei Era to bring history back to Showa Era. Ohma Zi-O are basically the embodiment of Heisei Era, which mean if he's gone then Heisei Era got lolnope too and vice versa.

The five Showa Riders, who were actually born in Heisei, encourage people of Reiwa (the audience) to give Zi-O team strength. The fact that those guys were still talking at the moment mean Ohma Zi-O have returned from the erasure not so long after that.

Yeah, that basically this Final Stage about: Heisei being a clustertruck and make no sense, but it is a part of our memories now.
