So I know that the accumulated damage claim was refuted, but how does the barrage punches that they are famous for play into this?

What I mean is, I know they City Block level comes from a calc where they measured the amount of energy required for Star Platinum to inhale a fog that covered a town, but how does translate into his punching power?

Is it a city block's worth of damage for every punch, or is it built up through numerous attacks?

If the former were true, would the barrage punches be able to harm characters with multi-city block levels of durability since it's a city block's worth of damage for every punch?

Star Platinum has casual large building punches anyway.

Also it scales to AP because he punchned a hole through The World which has then same dura as Star Platinum.

So it is built up through numerous punches?

I know that, but The World gets its durability from scaling to Star Platinum, who gets his durability from the calc.

No, it is not built by numerous punch. One example is The World and Str Platinum initially matching their first blows.
