Oswald should be able to blind Marsh with a firecracker and smack him with hammer
Oswald also survived the Yellow Rabbit, who is much stronger character than Marsh
Oswald also has the advantage in combat speed

Not only that, but oswald also holds a sizeable advantage in combat and reaction speeds.

The only thing that holds him back is his lack of combat experience and the fact that he relies in his hammer to do any actual damage.

I wll vote for Oswald, even if it's a little close.

Now, as the speed is equalized, it should be much closer fight. Both have same LS so none of them can incampacitate the other, Marsh have natural weaponry and has higher AP naturally, while Oswald needs hammer, but then, Oswald still have and can utilize firecracker against Marsh. Natural weaponry shouldn't be as much of a problem, becouse Oswald survived YR who is stronger and have more dangerous NW than Marsh.
