So... this is interesting.
For one. Melee attacks apsolutely will NOT work on Kira, he has peak human combat speed and a rela+ stand. See Versus Thread Rules for why this matters in speed equal.
So if Kira gets in range, Reze loses, her regen doesn't matter in the face of Transmutation.
However, if her type 8 immortality is combat acclible, she can definitely stomp, otherwise an explosion will kill Kira and has the AOE to do so...
