A question about the S-Class heroes in One-Punch Man

Well the official in universe ranking is more or less accurate, but guys like King for instance is an exception.
But Darkshine, for example, is most likely physically stronger than Bang, but Bang is so skilled that he has a higher spot on the list.
If you're asking who's stronger in raw AP, I'm not sure. Probably guys like Puri Puri would be higher and guys like Zombieman would be lower, not so sure how the list would exactly look like.

It's actually pretty hard to say between Flashy Flash/Atomic Samurai.
Atomic Samurai is absurdly skilled but kinda dopey (as shown in the episode with King) and has a higher ranking.
Flashy Flash actually has better feats recently (he took on two Dragon level monsters at the same time and won)
It's likely Atomic Samurai is a more skilled swordsman then Flashy Flash but Flash was also the only S-Class hero to put up a fight against Monster Garou in the web comics. Flash is probably faster and more versatile then Atomic Samurai overall but thats just my head cannon.
The only 'official' ranking is the in universe one though as pointed out above.

Yeah for sure. Although those are debateable as well. Darkshine likely has higher attack power then Pig God but Pig God's ability is extremely specialised.
They also make the point that people in S-Class aren't nessacarily the strongest physically but have abilities that make them extremely special.
The ranking likely reflects the strength of their ability as opposed to their attack power.

Feat-wise, Flashy Flash is superior. He one-shot two dragon level threats with one slash, used his skill and speed to dodge Saitama's casual attacks for a few minutes and was stated to be able to defeat Garou's half-monster form by Garou himself, whereas Darkshine was unable to. AS' best feats, to my knowledge, are casually destroying + blitzing demon level threats and fighting Melzargard with ease, though he had the help of 3 other S-Class heroes.
Aside from supposedly Blast, Darkshine likely has the best physicals in the S-Class, Bang is likely the most skilled, Tatsumaki has the most raw power output and versatility, Flash is the quickest and Metal Knight is the smartest. Atomic Samurai is more like a reliable second-place by feats so far.
