Yeah.... I didn't think it'd be that crazy. Cal and I discussed it over a chat.

At that point it honestly depends on how far those projectiles go. They're obviously gonna instagib the CH dude considering the gigantic friggin AP gap, but the CH guy has giant lasers that he can summon capable of vaporizing huge groups of players on his level and AoE existence erasure that works against undead/vampiric/bat-like opponents (or opponents using items that are somehow connected to undead/vampires/bats by nature). Considering Isaac's crazy-ass revives and shit, he'll recognize not to get super close if he has to and just outrange lego man.

If it's his strongest form, meaning Isaac has all compatible (non-overwriting) items... he has items like Continuum and his range and shot speed are pretty ludicrous by this point. Also due to all the duplication items he'd have, he'd shoot out so many building-sized projectiles that they cover the entirety of Central Park, New York City.

The problem with CH player here is that they need to pull out gear from the Catalog. Isaac, on the other hand, just spawns thousands of ridiculous projectiles from his eyes/mouth the very instant the fight starts.

EDIT: Isaac would also have Toxic Shock, which does 2x tear damage + poison to all enemies the instant you walk in a room, which should apply the instant this fight starts, so I think CH Player probably gets instakilled by that before the tears ever hit him, given CH Player doesn't have innate poison resistance and how high above baseline 9-A Isaac's tear damage would be at this point.

Added your vote to the OP. CH player having to pull items out of the catalog is a fair point. Even if it doesn't take him super long he's only going to get maybe at least one kill in at the very most depending on whether or not toxic shock kills him right away.

I mean, even without Toxic Shock, Isaac's opening move is to immediately and unerringly flood the entire area with thousands of high speed homing tears/lasers/electricity/bombs/missiles/bones/coins/etc. the very moment the fight starts. In the time it takes CH player to access the catalog, he's already got giant death projectiles right in his face... and to his sides, above him, and behind him. All-items (or even just "with the right items") Isaac has a pretty ridiculously unfair degree of danmaku.

>posts meme that is likely the opposite of truth

OOF

I believe he also has Mama Mega! in this scenario, which blows up entire floors in the game when used, so that also oneshots immediately.

Voting Isaac, he has passive time manipulation which can allow him to seal him, OHK him, or just spam several tears to petrify him. He can also stop time, make him induce to fear, etc.
