Match Rules:
  • Speed is equalized
  • All optional equipment is allowed that is up to 9-A
  • Takes place in the center of Gevena at Sunrise
  • 70 meters starting distance
  • No Prep nor Prior Knowledge
  • The city is abandoned for these matches so no outside help
  • BFR, Death Manip, and other passive One-Shot Hax have been mostly banned

This should give a rough idea about Alphys' abilities
Alphys is a very cautious sort of fighter, hence her choice of a ranged weapon rather than something designed for closed-quarters. When confronting opponents, her first impulse is to watch them carefully, identify their weaknesses, and act accordingly.

In terms of offense, Alphys has some pretty good Danmaku (Small sets of electric arrows that will directly target her opponent in rapid succession and homing arrows that will follow their current position and only go in a straight line after sufficient misses), Energy Lines that will force her opponent into remaining stationary lest they get harmed, Lightning Bolts that restrict her opponent's movements by blocking their path and an Electric Beam that will stun her opponent if it hits

In terms of defense, Chromatic Pillar will randomly change her opponent's attacks into either blue or orange attacks (The former of which will render her opponent's projectiles null), Spark Barrier which creates a forcefield around herself that requires quite a bit of firepower to pop (It should however be noted that such an advanced spell is quite taxing), and Homing Healing which she can use heal herself (presumably)
Goku is likely the stronger one here due to his upscaling, however, Alphys is far more durable (She has 50 DEF. To put it into perspective, 30 ATK is 00.024 Tons), and that coupled with her defensive abilities and Goku's subpar energy projection (At this point, Goku can't spam energy attacks like his adult self can) means Goku really only has a chance if he can get in CQC range.
The problem is, getting into close-range might be a bit tricky, since this Goku hasn't learned how to fly yet. He could call Nimbus to fly, but he's never really been shown fighting while flying on the Nimbus, and at this point, Goku didn't know how to bring the Nimbus back after it was destroyed.
Of course, there's the Power Pole, but Alphys can always just create her Spark Barrier and its not like the Power Pole is gonna do much damage.
So yeah, Imma vote Alphys
