It should be noted that Spamton is slightly more powerful than his AP value (Spamton's around Robot XP's level of power, which even in its base form had a an attack value of 40. 30 ATK is 00.024 Tons) and is far more durable than his AP (Frisk at this point can harm Robot 98 in its Combat Form, which even in its base form, had defense value of 98. Yet, this same Frisk can't even damage Spamton. To put it into perspective, Robot 98 is more durable in its Combat Form (Taking around 50 damage from Frisk's attacks while its Base Form takes around 90) and its 98 DEF puts it significantly beyond even the likes of Asgore and Toriel, the former of which is so superior to characters like Undyne to the point where she considers herself killing Frisk to be mercy compared to what Asgore could do, and Undyne's already far above a sizable majority of the game's other monsters in terms of firepower)

As for how he fights, Spamton starts by raining bombs down on his opponent while summoning an army of his mini-mes that will attempt to do the same, summoning a giant spam folder that unleashes dozens of harmful emails, multiple folders that explode into Pipis which explode into Spamton-shaped projectiles and, last but not least, summoning the "Spamton's Super Sucky Machine" which sucks in a bunch of Pipis, before throwing it back at the enemy.

Since Spamton has all of his optional equipment, if he's ever in a tough spot, he'll most likely call for his posse's help, which would include:
Robot 98: With 40 ATK and 98 DEF in its base form, and only becoming stronger when it transforms into its XP(ipis) Form, Robot 98 is quite the formidable foe. It can stretch its arms to great lengths. It's willing to take hits for Spamton and usually combines its attacks with him.
Robot 100: Possesses 40 ATK and a DEF value of 100, while also being able to dodge attacks. It fights Frisk in a quiz format, much like the first Mettaton battle in Undertale. However, due to having the most advanced AI of the robots Undyne made, it usually defies Spamton.
Papybot: With 20 ATK and DEF, (The same as Papyrus') it's the weakest of Spamton's posse. It can still support Spamton by coordinating attacks together.

Yeesh... Toe has quite a bit of experience dodging Danmaku, but I don't think it'll save him from Spamton and his posse. This might be a pretty bad loss for Toe.
