Match Rules:​

• Speed is equalized
• All optional equipment is allowed that is up to 9-A
• Takes place in the center of Gevena at Sunrise
• 70 meters starting distance
• No Prep nor Prior Knowledge
• The city is abandoned for these matches so no outside help
• BFR, Death Manip, and other passive One-Shot Hax have been mostly banned

So like his brother, Toe has a good amount of experience dodging Danmaku, and I think he Elasticity would further help him do that. How skilled is he? Toe has some experience but isn't that skilled.

Ok so Alexander starts by attacking up close to gauge hi opponent's strength and using his shield to block any attacks. I should also note that the only magic skills Alex can use in his 9-A key are his Support Skill, Fire Flash, Blazing Strike, Fire Flash Full Power, Incineration Slash, Fire Fist and Outburst Wave.

Alex was trained by Selena who is considered to be of the best swordmen in Aramore, so he should have relatively good skill,.not to mention he was trained by Ruby in hand-to-hand combat.

Ok. Toe likes to fight up close so that could be a problem, but he does have Subsonic reactions, so he shouldn't have that much trouble dodging these attacks. Also, Toe is a stickman, so he is skinny af, but also his head is kind of a big target. Is Alex good at hitting moving targets? If not, I think Toe could dodge his attacks effectively and probably incap him.

Well that's probably out of the picture due to the fact that Toe will constantly be stretching in all sorts of weird ways. Leaning towards Toe, but I won't vote right now because I'm still not sure.
