Speed is equalized. The first key of Spiderman (He has his tech suit), and the first key of Azumarill (Azurill). Both 8-C. SBA otherwise.

So I think Spider-Man takes this one for these reasons:

• Lifting Strength: His webbing is Class M, Azurill only has Superhuman LS. The gap is extreme, and Azurill would immediately be unable to move if he spams it in any way during the fight.
• Precognition and Vasty Superior Skill: Any of Azuril's physical attacks will probably never hit Spider-Man due to his senses/precognition and superior combat skill. Not to mention his Spider-Senses allow him to react to things far faster than he is. For the same reason, Spider-Man can easily destroy the pokemon in close range with his martial arts.
• Greater Range: With his web-shooters, they can reach hundreds of meters. A distance at which Azurill can't really do anything.
• Greater Intelligence: Self-explanatory. Spider-Man is a genius both inside and outside of combat. Fighting a naive pokemon will be a relative cakewalk for him.

Azurill has wincons in the form of all of their non-physical hax/incap moves.

While Azurill can definitely weaken Peter’s AP with Charm as well as debuff his defense to the point of oneshotting, it is severely outclassed in experience, especially with the Spider Sense.
